He holds a Bachelor Degree of Clinical Optometry from  Bharati Vdyappeth University, Pune, India.

Mr. Srujan  began his career in Botswana  as a consultant optometrist in  Optical Centre and served from 2006 to 2012. Thereafter, he founded Fairlook Ventures.

In the field of optometry, he has more interest in the subjects of SPORTS VISION  and OCCUPATIONAL OPTOMETRY.

Mr. Srujan is a life member of  Indian council of optometry  and active member of Botswana Optometry Association. In BOA he is handling legal & peer review committee.

His passion for social responsibility activities through the provision of quality eye care services started with his association with Lions Club of  international, where he is providing eye care services  for  underprivileged people at free of cost.
